Nursery Applications
If you would like to apply for a nursery place for your child please scan the QR code below or alternatively contact the school office for a copy of our application form, which you can return along with your child’s birth certificate and proof of address to admin@radstock.wokingham.sch.uk
Children will normally be admitted to the Nursery at the beginning of the term after they turn three years old.

Foundation Stage 2 /Reception Intake School Admissions Applications
Admissions for Foundation Stage/ Reception entry must be made through Wokingham Borough Council Admissions.
If you are considering applying for the Foundation Stage September intake Radstock Primary will need to be named as a preference on your application.
The National Closing Date for applications to be received is the 15th January 2026. If you require further information regarding the admission process for this year group please contact Wokingham Borough Council for further details.

In Year Admissions
If you wish to apply or a school place outside of normal admissions please complete an In-Year Transfer form, a copy of which can be downloaded below.
You can make an application to move from one school to another at any time of year.
Applications can be submitted up to half a term in advance before the place is required
